We are a leading group of companies for comprehensive facility management, innovative building technology, construction and renovation projects as well as the development of public-private partnerships (PPP). Under our roof there are currently 15 specialist companies from all over Europe. Our range of services mainly comprises the planning, construction and refurbishment as well as the management and operation of facilities in the public and private sectors. Through combined power, international know-how and trusting relationships, we create real added value for our clients. Around 1500 employees provide a broad range of expertise and thus cover every conceivable requirement.

Childcare allowances

An important prerequisite for balancing work and family life is the provision of childcare tailored to the needs of our employees' children. In order to achieve this, parents are dependent on the services of day-care centers and similar institutions, most of which are subject to a fee. We support such efforts with a company allowance towards the costs of childcare for children who are not of school age.

Counseling and support services

For many employees, balancing work and private life is becoming an increasingly difficult challenge. Family responsibilities, such as caring for relatives, are common issues. Together with our cooperation partner, PME Familienservice GmbH, we support our employees in various matters regarding work and private life.

Flexible working hours

The right working-time model for every life situation: VINCI Facilities supports the possibility of a healthy work-life balance for its employees. Various flexible working-time models are tailored to the requirements of the company and the personal needs of the employees.

Company pension scheme

We support our employees by providing a company-funded pension scheme. Upon request, all employees receive detailed and individual advice and support.

Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)

As the majority-owned subsidiary of VINCI S.A, our employees have the opportunity to acquire employee shares at favorable conditions and thus build up long-term capital, which is managed for our employees in a fund free of charge.
